Shipments and returns

Goods are shipped via Australia Post or our nominated courier (depending on the size & quantity of the goods).

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery and report any damaged or missing items to us immediately. Please contact us prior to returning any product for refund.

Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, so please select your products carefully. If you have any questions about the suitability of any product please contact us. Replacement or repair of the goods or payment of the costs of replacement or repair of the goods, at Farmer Little’s sole discretion, is the absolute limit of our liability howsoever arising under or in connection with the sale, use of, storage or any other dealings with the goods by the customer or any third party.

Farmer Little is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses or expenses suffered by the customer or any third party, howsoever caused, or any liability to any third party.
