Shipments and returns
Goods are shipped via Australia Post or our nominated courier (depending on the size & quantity of the goods).
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery and report any damaged or missing items to us immediately.
Returns
Change of mind / no longer needed / found cheaper alternatives else returns
We want you to love the products you buy from Madeeās. If you change your mind, you may return the product to us within 30 days of the date you received it and we will issue you with a store credit. Where exceptions apply, customers are notified on the product display page. Note, change of mind returns are different to returning a product under the Australian Consumer Law or CGA if the product is faulty.
For returns due to a change of mind / no longer needed / found cheaper alternatives else return, you will be responsible for all associated shipping and handling costs, including any applicable taxes or duties. This applies regardless of any free, discounted, or promotional shipping offer that may have been included with your original order.
This includes:
- The original shipping cost we incurred to send the product to you (e.g., if you paid $35 for shipping, this amount will not be refunded).
- The cost of returning the item to us, which you must cover.
- A restocking fee of 5% of the original purchase price, which helps cover the expenses related to handling and repacking the returned product.
Products returned for change of mind reasons must be in ‘as-new’ condition and packaged securely in the original packaging. This means you have not used, assembled, damaged, washed or laundered any of the products.

Communication.
Customized shoe making process involves detailed discussion between customer and shoemaker. We work on per pair basis , where every pair of shoe is created according to measurements and need of the customers in mind. The order process normally involves discussion between the customer and 2-3 experts from our team to make it sure we make the exact shoe you want to buy. You can communicate with us on phone, via whats app group , skype, email , our facebook message boot or message boot on our website what ever is your preferred method.
Feet Measurement.
We will guide you how to measure your feet, if you are in Canberra you can arrange meeting with us and we will measure your feet with out any additional cost. Alternatively please read our step buy step instructions onĀ Feet Measurement page or watch video clip, to do it your self or with the help of friend. If during this process you need our help we will love to assist you.
How to buy.
These are “Made to Order” / “Made to measure shoes”.Ā If you want to buy our shoesĀ with out providing your feet measurements, simply select your size and add it to cart. After receiving your order one of our team member will get in touch with you, to confirm order details and if you have any other requirements.Ā However we prefer to make shoes as per measurement of our customers feet. Although we have to put addition effort and time in creating made to measure shoes, this does not increase the price of the shoes for the customer . This is a complementary service.
Deposit.
We take a 50% deposit when the order is placed. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.
Delivery.
We offer fee delivery Australia wide. Delivery time isĀ 4 weeks from the date of placement ofĀ order. Normally we deliver before 4Ā weeks.

- Sole Choice – single/double/rubber/storm welt . You can check sole types we offer here.
- Sole Colour on Leather Sole – side of sole/heel ā black, dark brown, natural. You can check sole colours here.
- Leather Type – calf/suede/grain/fabric (cloth)/white crust for patina
- Piping / Lining Colour (piping for certain models only) – Lining subject to colours available.
- Small Details – i.e. addition/removal of medallions, gimping, brogueing, cap on toe etc.
- Stitching Colour – Subject to colours available
- Eyelets/Speed Hooks – Addition/Removal
