Shipments and returns
Goods are shipped via Australia Post or our nominated courier (depending on the size & quantity of the goods).
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery and report any damaged or missing items to us immediately. Please contact us prior to returning any product for refund.

Product Details
Our reptile enclosures are crafted from high-quality 1/2-inch thick black extruded PVC, offering superior durability and performance. Unlike traditional MDF compressed wood cages, our PVC units are moisture-resistant and won’t degrade or separate due to wood expansion. This lightweight material makes moving the cage a breeze, with each unit weighing only 25 kg, yet remaining solid and stable.

- Assembly Required: Approx. 30 minutes with a Phillips head screwdriver. The unit comes flat-packed, and once assembled, the material forms a tight seal. For an even more secure seal, we recommend applying a bead of silicone at all wall connections.
Please note: To avoid damage to surfaces, use a liner between the cage and the surface. Excess moisture may eventually saturate the panels over time.
Thermostat Control: The enclosure includes an external thermostat that regulates the internal temperature to create the perfect environment for your pet. The easy-to-use thermostat controls all 3 lamp holders, cutting off power once the desired temperature is reached.

• We use diluted F-10 or a water/vinegar mix to clean our personal enclosures.
• Rinse the cloth or sponge and change water often when cleaning.
• Do not use razor blades, scrapers, squeegees or brushes.
• Do not use: Lysol, Pinesol, Formula 409, ammonia, or Windex.
Polycarbonate Care:• Clean with a mild reptile safe soap & lukewarm water, use a soft cloth and rinse well with clean water.
• Rinse the cloth or sponge and change water often when cleaning.
• Never use a dry cloth, or your hand to wipe clean. Always use a clean wet or damp cloth.
• DO NOT SCRUB.
• Do not use razor blades, scrapers, squeegees or brushes.
• Do not use: Lysol, Pinesol, Formula 409, ammonia, or Windex.

Permission to leave – By placing an order with us you agree to have the item/s left at the front door (side door, verandah, etc) in the event that no one is home to sign for and receive the item/s or for any other reason.
