It is not intended to be used as a primary heat source. For safety, the bulb should be operated at a low intensity. Prolonged use at high intensity can damage the brooder box and pose a risk to the puppies. The provided heat pad is designed to supply adequate warmth for the puppies. For optimal safety, operate both the UVA bulb and the ceramic heat source at lower settings to ensure the well-being of both the box and the puppies.

Shipments and returns

Goods are shipped via Australia Post or our nominated courier (depending on the size & quantity of the goods).
