The Extra Large size of the Best Friend Mobility Cart is suitable for dogs with a hip height of 23 to 29 (( 58 –  74 cm) inches and weighing between 45 kilos to 65 Kilos ( 99  to 145 lbs), with chest size 28 to 40 inches ( 71 to 101 cm). Shipments and returns

Goods are shipped via Australia Post or our nominated courier (depending on the size & quantity of the goods).

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

If you have a dog  with special needs or are planning to adopt one, know that taking care of them is noble work and allows you to show unconditional love. Caring for disabled pets is not an easy task.  You will need to establish a routine,  a daily routine with your pet helps them develop good habits and that their everyday life has structure .   Return Policy: We do not accept returns due to a change of mind. However, we will replace damaged items or send replacements for missing parts. If the product does not fit due to incorrect measurements, the responsibility lies with you. Once the mobility cart is opened, fitted, or used, we cannot resell it due to safety concerns. Please ensure the product will suit your pet before purchase. Certain medical conditions affecting a dog’s rear legs, such as Canine Cancer , degenerative myelopathy or severe injury , may lead to a quick deterioration in health, or a vet may recommend euthanasia to alleviate suffering. We encourage you to consult your vet before purchasing. We had many cases where dogs passed away even before mobility cart purchased from them was delivered.  In these cases, we accept returns if the box remains unopened. However, the buyer is responsible for return postage and handling charges. Please note, if you used Afterpay or a similar service, their fees will be deducted as they do not compensate sellers for returns. We will advise you the final amount we will be able to return. If you have any questions, please contact us before purchasing. If you’re unsure, we recommend not purchasing just to test the product. This could lead to an uncomfortable situation for both parties, and we cannot cover the costs for issues that are not our fault.   Major Delivery Conditions.    Permission to leave – By placing an an order with us you agree to have the item/s left at the front door (side door, verandah, etc) in the event that no one is home to sign for and receive the item/s or for any other reason.
