Shipping & Returns

Some of our products are bulky and/or unusual shapes for postage. Delivery costs will depend on the product ordered, the combination of products and the delivery area. Delivery costs will appear when items are placed in your shopping cart and the delivery address is entered. If you have any questions at all, please contact us directly on sale@madees.com.au

Shipping Methods and Costs
  • For smaller orders, we utilise Australia Post as our primary shipping provider. Larger orders may be shipped using Courier Please, Aramex, Star Track, or other reputable couriers.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the product, as well as the destination. You can view the shipping costs in your shopping cart before checkout.
  • All carton orders sent from Madee’s are marked Authority to Leave. This helps avoid unnecessary delays in receiving your order if the delivery driver believes it is suitably safe to do so.

Delivery Address.

To ensure timely and successful delivery of your order, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing your order.

Please make sure your address includes:

  • Full name (as per ID, if required)

  • House/Flat/Apartment number

  • Building name (if applicable)

  • Street name

  • Area/Locality

  • City

  • State/Province

  • Postal/ZIP code

  • Correct contact phone number

Important Notice

  • Customers are fully responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

  • We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or undelivered due to incomplete or incorrect address details.

  • If an order is returned or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping or redirection charges.

  • Redirection fees (if applicable) will be confirmed after we receive cost details from our courier partner.

Please double-check your address carefully before confirming your order to avoid delays and additional charges.

Wrong Product or Damaged product:

Please inspect your goods immediately upon delivery and report any damaged or missing items to us immediately. 

Incorrect Item Received

Although we take great care in packing every order, on rare occasions an incorrect product may be shipped.

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us as soon as possible — ideally within 3 days of delivery.

Once confirmed, we will:

  • Arrange pickup of the incorrect item at no cost to you, and

  • Dispatch the correct product promptly.

Timely notification is essential. We may not be able to assist with claims for incorrect items, defects, or damage if they are reported several weeks after delivery.

Faults and damages

If a product arrives and the packaging or the product itself is clearly and significantly damaged, you should take photos or video showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

If you notice after a product arrives that it is missing parts, is faulty, is defective or has been damaged during manufacturing, please take photos or video clearly illustrating the problem and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 days of receiving your delivery.

Change of mind / no longer needed / found cheaper alternatives else where returns

We want you to love the products you buy from Madee’s. If you change your mind, you may return the product to us within 30 days of the date you received it and we will issue you with a store credit. You can use this credit to buy other items from our store . Where exceptions apply, customers are notified on the product display page. Note, change of mind returns are different to returning a product under the Australian Consumer Law or CGA if the product is faulty.

For returns due to a change of mind / no longer needed / found cheaper alternatives else  return, you will be responsible for all associated shipping and handling costs, including any applicable taxes or duties. This applies regardless of any free, discounted, or promotional shipping offer that may have been included with your original order.

This includes:

  • The original shipping cost we incurred to send the product to you (e.g., if you paid $35 for shipping, this amount will not be refunded).
  • The cost of returning the item to us, which you must cover.
  • A restocking fee of 5% of the original purchase price, which helps cover the expenses related to handling and repacking the returned product.

Products returned  must be in ‘as-new’ condition and packaged securely in the original packaging. This means you have not used, assembled, damaged, cleaned any of the products.

 

Cancellations

You may cancel all or part of an order before it reaches the dispatch processing stage in which case you can choose whether to receive a store credit voucher or refund in the amount you paid for the products (including shipping, assuming there are no other products remaining on the order to be shipped). After an order reaches the dispatch processing stage, cancellations or changes are only possible if we agree to them. As we aim to process your order as soon as possible, which could be within hours of you placing your order, requests for cancellations should be lodged as soon as possible after ordering. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them. Products described as ‘made to order’, cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Please be advised, for Next day, Fast Track and Click & Collect dispatch items, no cancellations or changes are permitted under any circumstances.

Exchange

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges of our products. Simply return your items in accordance with our Returns Policy and place a new order.

Our rights

We reserve the right to refuse a return in cases where we cannot be reasonably satisfied that you purchased the product from us or where we are not responsible for the damage in accordance with our Faults and damages policy.
